Rem to Purchase Kleven Verft`s VS 485

Rem – Purchase of Vessel and Charter Agreement

Rem Offshore ASA has entered into an agreement with Kleven Verft AS to buy a large PSV of VS 485 design currently under construction. The vessel will be delivered from yard end of May 2013.

Rem Offshore ASA has further entered into a charter agreement with a major oil company. The firm contract period is 2 years, with options for 3 years and 9 months.
