Aker Seafoods Becomes HAVFISK ASA
Aker Seafoods ASA company name changed to HAVFISK ASA
Reference is made to the stock exchange notice of the annual general meeting of Aker Seafoods ASA held on 10 April 2013, at which the general meeting resolved to change the company’s name to HAVFISK ASA. The new company name is now registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
The company’s new ticker will be HFISK
