Saga Announces Investment in Vallhall Arena

Saga has purchased 19% ownership (“Transaction”) in Vallhall arena for NOK 14 million by acquiring shares in Vallhall Fotballhall KS, Vallhall Fotballhall AS and Vallhall Fotballhall Drift AS.

The shares were purchased from Lønnheim Entreprenør AS.

Vallhall arena, Oslo’s largest indoor arena was built in 2000-2001. The arena is well-known for its high quality indoor soccer hall and is used by school children as well as professionals. The arena is also leased out for different kind of events, like concerts and exhibitions. The arena is managed by a low risk profile.

Ferncliff Property AS, a company controlled by the chairman in Saga, Øystein Stray Spetalen, has an ownership of approximately 36% of Vallhall arena.

Saga and Ferncliff Property AS have a combined ownership (directly and indirectly) after the Transaction in Vallhall arena of approximately 55%.
